Bioconductor availability?
Spiec-easi would seriously benefit from being installable from Bioconductor -- it'll make the installation process much easier. Are there any plans to do this?
Thanks for the comment, Jaime. We're planning a bioconductor release and perhaps qiime2 plugin this summer.

Any news on this effort?
not on Bioconductor yet, but if you need a packaged source, we're up on conda. https://anaconda.org/bioconda/r-spieceasi

Hmm OK. Thanks for the info.
Bioconductor packages come with a certain badge of stability, which I am looking for.
Hello @zdk123, are there any plans to publish this package on Bioconductor?
