SpiecEasi tutorial example

Hi,

I'm studying the examples in the tutorial (attached, visualization part: p6-8). However, the results I got are quite different with the Figure 5 in tutorial. I'm guessing there're some changes in the recent release, but still have some problems in visualizing the estimated graphs. I'm attaching the code (same as the tutorial. Only "MB" method part is copied) and result outputs too. Any thoughts/advice?

If possible, would you mind sharing an updated version of tutorial?

Thanks. That is indeed an old tutorial. I will have to recover the source and see if I replicate this apparent discrepancy.
