How to add positive and negative associatons in the network.

I contructed the next network with my data with the R package

I read several articles that is possible to add the positive or negative associations between the nodes, as i shown here:

This is possible to do it in R? o is necesary other software or package?

There's some code on pulling weights - you can use that data to add features to the plotted network edges.
