v1.82 - position of images now out by 1 hour
An animation using mixed images from a camera (Fuji) and a mobile (Samsung) rendered and sequenced properly in the past.
However with v1.82 the images from the camera are displayed one hour late. I've checked the time stamps of the camera images and they are correct.
Similarly displaying the images in various photography applications, sorted by capture time shows the correct mixed sequence of the images.
I didn't install and test v1.81.
Has something changed with the reading of time stamps?
Thanks
Nothing has changed regarding the timestamps. At least I'm not aware of any change in this area. Could this problem be related to the winter/summer time change at the end of March?
It would be great to have an example so I reproduce your problem easier. Could you please save your configuration (File > Save as) and create a ZIP file with the saved configuration, GPX file, and some example images and upload it here at this issue? If you want to keep your data private, you can send me the ZIP file via email to [email protected] (please add "#518" to the subject).
Hello Marcus
I have replied via email.
Thanks
The problem reported in my original post meant that I had to adjust all animations that had been compiled earlier with a one hour offset before I could regenerate the animations with correct image display timings.
Now, today I'm having to readjust the offset when regenerating those same earlier animations.
It now seems to me that the actual time of the animation generation is affected by whether NZ is in NZ Std Time or Summer Time (one hour difference).
Coincidentally my original post reporting the problem was just after NZ changed to Std Time, and now have just changed to Summer time.
Surely the actual date/time of animation generation should not make any difference?
