windows10，node版本10.16，只要执行 fjpublish env 命令之后，就一直停在“- Pull history...”不会动，且“- Pull history...”前面的 “-”也不会转动，命令行直接卡死，不知道是什么缘故，希望作者能修复一下，非常感激。
