Fullscreen does not appear in production mode.

tested with nuxtjs, yarn dev appears to show fullscreen toggle but yarn build + yarn start does not work.

I don't use nuxtjs (yet). Can you give more details, maybe sumbit a PR with the fix? Could this be also plyr issue? And nuxt config?
