Low fidelity topojson file?

Thanks for the great library!

It would be nice if the topojson directory had a version of the same map data that is very low fidelity (like no more than a few kilobytes if possible), which could be inline-able in a bundle - that way we can show something quickly while the higher-fidelity map data is loading.
