In the Notes of section 4.2.3 Orchard Key Components:

If $\mathsf{dk}$ and $\mathsf{ovk}$ are known to an adversary, then this reuse prevents proving that the use of $\mathsf{Commit^{ivk}}$ in this context is perfectly hiding.

Should be "If $\mathsf{dk}$ or $\mathsf{ovk}$ are known ...".
