Filling an additional issue to provide a link to the code base TODO occurrence.

We'd like to provide proper birthday values for test wallets in cash.z.ecc.android.sdk.darkside.test.TestWallet.Backups and cash.z.ecc.android.sdk.util.TestWallet.Backups.
