Link offline map apps

Lets add some links to Homepage, so users know about offline OSM apps:

  • organicmaps.app (formerly maps.me)
  • mapy.cz (OSM not in Czechia + Slovakia)
  • osmand
  • link osm.wiki page with apps

I think the simplest and most general option for all map apps would be for OsmApp to generate a GeoUri as a clickable link. The geouri would call any app present in the Smartphone that has support and open the desired coordinates from OsmApp.

@GPSOruxMaps - thanks, great idea. I added it to the coordinates dropdown here https://github.com/zbycz/osmapp/pull/153. Though, it doesnt always work on Desktops.. i am considering hiding it based on user agent. 🤔

btw, This issue is about linking offline OpenStreetMap apps from homepage, i changed the description. The aim of this app is to spread OSM awesomeness 🤓
