Option to report replaced business

At the moment user can only report business as closed or moved. Arguably the most common case is that of business being replaced by another so it should be offered as one of the options.

Some more edge case scenarios to consider:

1. User notices that business was replaced but also knows that old business relocated

2. Currently unsupported by OsmApp but users might be interested if a business that used to be at given location moved elsewhere, for this it would be worthwhile if other users could somehow contribute moved information after location was replaced - not sure how/if to do that with OSM model.
