Describe the bug Can't install or update anything on iPad Mini running iOS 9.3.5

To Reproduce Try to install or update any tweak

Expected behavior Tweak is installed/updated

Additional context Problem is related to dpkg, ncurses and grep package. Like some sort of circular dependency. Cannot install dpkg because tar is installed and not configured....
