Cannot authenticate with github enterprise.

I have already set auth_provider_url to "https://.ghe.com", but it is still giving the error of:

RPC[Error] code_name = unknown, code = 1001, message = "C...rk socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established"

I have already turned on my vpn and set HTTPS_proxy and HTTP_proxy environment variables. Thank you!

I really have no idea what to investigate with this one :( Could you try setting it up with copilot.vim to see if it works there? If so there is a bug on this end.
