SegaCD return audio

Hi!

From what I've learned, 3BP disables the SegaCD return audio, so it's not possible to get the mixed audio on the SegaCD's stereo jacks. Would you consider fixing this functionality, if possible?

I'll consider this for sure when I do a V3, which may be sooner rather than later...
