VA7 HR and HL connections

Having trouble seeing where you have the HR and HL wires connected onto the board. Can you give me more information or clearer pictures. Thank you

I just noticed the board I have does not have those connections on it. Is it possible to do this without? Or can you supply a link to one I can purchase? Thanks
