macOS Monterey Rejected Due to Apple not being able to check for malicious software?

Hi, as the title says there is an issue with using the clock because apple cannot check it. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Super easy fix! On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Security & Privacy , then click General. If the lock at the bottom left is locked , click it to unlock. Choose App Store and identified developers right after you tried to install it and got the error message and you should be able to allow it.
