Please add a Homebrew Cask formula for mewcam 🍺

At first, I thought I myself was going to make one by following the way that you submitted this PR – the PR that adds a Cask formula for menuffy, but I realised that there is no appcast.xml in the mewcam repo – I have no idea what I can do for this.

On a side note: Thanks for creating these interesting apps :D I reached your apps via applech2.com, one of my favourite blogs about the Apple related news 🍎
