Is it possible to add support for the game of Asian version[PCSH00021]?

I tried to replace it with the Asian version of the saves, well then I failed. I spent some time trying to fix it, but eventually I found out that even on psv, the saves are different for different versions game. So, is it possible to add support for the Asian version?
