In order to allow citation of the spec separately from zarr-python, we should consider getting a Zenodo badge for this repo as well.

Might be time to come back to this, possibly including a .zenodo.json.

I've just been looking for a persistent identifier (ideally DOI) to cite Zarr with, and I think archiving the specifications on Zendodo would be the best and easiest solution to enable citing the Zarr format 👍
