As far as I know, @GbotemiB is still looking into it, but you could start off by reviewing his PR and making suggestions. That's always a big help.

I was hoping this could be part of the automation that will be done by rever during version release since the plan is to use rever to automate releases. There is another tools that was recommeded by @Saransh-cpp contributors bot. you can check it out.

Lets can move the discussion to #1185 to talk better.
