Adding Zarr visualization to docs
Hello, @joshmoore  While going through the Zarr docs, under the contents section. I felt an urgent need for the inclusion of a created section that previews case studies for Zarr data visualizations.
In this new section, We can add these already-made Zarr vizzes which were saved on google colab. I can also add the visualizations from the beautiful Zarr repo that @MSanKeys963 is currently assembling. All of which would be included as code blocks in a markdown cell.
Doing this would help in properly convening Zarr visualizations in one space.
I'm currently working on the design of Jupyter notebooks for visualizing Zarr data present across multiple domains. This could be included as well.
Other suggestions regarding this are welcome as always
This sounds like a great idea! Thanks, @Mubarraqqq.
Hi @Mubarraqqq. Thanks for opening this issue. As @joshmoore said, this sounds like a great idea. Are you planning to add your Jupyter notebooks as one of the tutorials?
You're welcome @joshmoore @MSanKeys963.
Yes, I am planning on adding it as one of the tutorials. Once I've concluded designing my Jupyter notebook I would let you know. It would be open to corrections before its inclusion.
With given permission, I could also help in the assemblage of all the aforementioned Zarr data visualizations in the newly created section.
Sounds awesome! Let us know if you need our help. Thanks!
You're welcome.
If I do need help, do I have to keep texting you on here, or perhaps we could move our conversation to another platform?
@Mubarraqqq - any interest in finishing up your work here. Otherwise I propose closing.
