Add CI to build docs
It would be good to add some CI to build the docs, currently these will get built via rtfd but it requires manually checking if the build worked, would be better to have some CI notifications of docs build failures within PRs.
We could look at Netlify. This not only would allow building the docs, but previewing the result.
Sounds cool!
