Failing To Visualize Pipelines Which Are Currently Running

In the UI if you click on a pipeline which is currently running it will spit out a message like "error while deserializing the pipeline: unexpected end of JSON input".

Assure that the pipeline can be visualized even when agent has not yet responded with the results.
