I've forked this package, updated it to support Telegram SDK v3, Laravel 9 (now it's optional dependency), PHP8.0+.

The package is already stable, with tests and basic docs, I'm going to maintain it for a while, at least next half of the year, e.g. support Telegram SDK v4 (once it will be released, at least public beta-version), add new features.
