Mouse movement needs to be interpreted as TT movement

As DJ Dao and Arcin based IIDX controllers use this as the primary form of TT input for Bemanitools, this would be very beneficial. especially considering Arcins and Dao PCBs with keyboard emulation firmware tend to not work very well as they aren't designed with this in mind.

Notes to myself about this:

  • Use a time threshold for assigning up/down states.
  • Only enable if it's beat-7k
  • Implement in screengameplay7k logic.

You may want to keep it as a toggle though, because I know some DIY controllers using Arduino's Keyboard and Mouse emulation have problems with this. Or because someone may want to quickly switch a visible window or the volume on the side and not get a turntable POOR.

Yeah, certainly. It would be unwise not to have it as a toggle.

May I add, if MouseControlledTT is enabled, then back-spin scratches should be forced on every TT LN? (IIDX does this iirc, and it only makes timing turntable holds much easier, someone should confirm this)

No. We are not imitating IIDX.
