request: fully offline support

Please enable local caching that persists over sessions for additional shapes, such as but not limited to electronics.

If you are offline, you cannot use the additional shapes, as it either requires a token permission, or redownloads them every session. If you start online, then load in additional shape options, then go offline, it works for that session, but restarting loses the cache.

Please localize everything, persistently.

Thank you very much. This plugins ability was very high on my list of desired features for Obsidian. But, i do require full offline capability.
