Add Search Result Filter in Radiobrowser

When users search for stations, stations marked broken are also listed, but most of them are unavailable. For the convenience of users, an option like only show available stations can be introduced. If it is not activated by users, those stations should be marked with a symbol.

The only filter is the filter bar on the bottom where you can filter by containing text.
