wavpack *.wv replay gain not working/ wv inside ISO unreadable

both feature request (ISO image support) and possible bug (replay-gain) . uploaded 2 test files encoded in wavpack. both replaygained using foobar2000. deadbeef, qmmp etc can read both and adjust replay gain accordingly. qmplay2 can open and play only one but is way too loud and distorted (my little bear p5-l tube preamp is feeding already hot signal and oversteers amp easily) -no gain applied. other file is a tricky one, whilst dragged&dropped won't even show up in playlist: this file is inside iso container apparently. didn't realize cause was played back by all my audio players transparently until checked with mediainfo. both files have cue sheet embedded if that changes anything

Replay gain in these files in in CUE, but CUE is not supported (#76).
