Migrate core HAR endpoints, update CHANGELOG and help.

I guess I'll have to PR another change to the core to update the endpoint names in the deprecation messages.

That's fine. I tweaked one runnable to a lambda, and simplifying things as you suggested removed part of the code anyway.
