The link and description for Integer Overflow hadn't been updated in 12 years. Improved the description and added modern links that are both secure to visit and contain information for multiple programming languages and scenarios.

Fix zaproxy/zaproxy#7245.

Still needs a CHANGELOG entry.

I got pulled into a meeting so wasn't able to write the CHANGELOG entry yet. I haven't forgotten.
