As per the Apache License 2.0, there is a copyright owner (who is giving out the License or Licensor).

@GG-Zapr Looks like you are right to put that in most of the files but since the project is licensed under Apache now, We may need to put copyright information explicitly for each contribution. Another thing probably is good to exclude it from all files.
