Index page for individual project owners?

Like GitHub itself, maintain a 'user profile page' that lists all the projects / docs attributed to that user? (at /projects/zapnap for example) Is this necessary?

perhaps index page for a project itself should list the available doc revisions too? we're just kind of burying those right now...
