There are a few places that the comments provided by tfbuddy are lacking context or usability.

  • when a speculative plan (planOnly) soft fails a policy check the message suggests the user open the TFC URL to approve. It being a plan only operation, there's nothing to approve.

  • The locking error messages provide an MR/PR number, but it's not clear that is what the number corresponds to or how to unblock the apply. It could/should provide a link to the other MR and provide guidance on unblocking.
