How to build and use this libraly on windows 11?

Hi everyone, I have included: #include <websocketpp/config/asio_no_tls_client.hpp> But got error: 'websocketpp/config/asio_no_tls_client.hpp' file not found How to add this libraly to my computer and include it in code? Thanks
