Is `--format=freeze` different than `pip freeze`? This was added in https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/pull/1662 so I'm going to close this now. We can track output formats in a new issue.

Feature Request: Extend Ruff as a fast and simple SQL formatting and linting tool

We're definitely interested in this, but it's a serious endeavor and we'll need to dedicate some time to the design :)
