Unfortunately the problem is probably upstream of us, in the Rust network stack. There's not a great way for us to dig into this ourselves.

You can use `--isolated` for an isolated lockfile.
Sorry, what command are you using? It's available on `uv run` to use an isolated environment and lockfile.
I don't think we can maintain this — someone from the Debian package repository would need to.
More details on all that in https://docs.astral.sh/uv/getting-started/installation/ I think there's also a snap available for uv on Debian. I wouldn't recommend snap personally, but it might be what you want.
