Linux is acceptably fast now. We're at the limit for macOS machine size without going to alternative runner providers. There are larger Windows runners, maybe I should test one (#5890)....
I think it's probably safe to omit entirely in this case?
In what case would it be important that the editable install of my package was re-created?
Notably, I think we cover "something happens during build" with the "Built example @ file:///Users/zb/workspace/example" line.
That doesn't seem critical to display on every dependency change though?

Not hooked up yet, need to set the proxy variable. Running into SSL errors locally.
Feel free yeah. Though I'm not sure how we'll handle the test changes.
I presume using `ALL_PROXY` instead of `UV_INDEX_URL` will help, but not sure how to make https behave.
I don't think that'll be sufficient, but it may be worth a try. I run into SSL errors when using `HTTPS_PROXY`, not when using the index URL.
