[BUG] - Problem with wifi Auto-Tunnel in flightmode with active wifi connection.

Describe the bug After clarifying https://t.me/wgtunnel/1/84 I checked to enter the VPN--WLAN in two different tunnels (one is primary tunnel) configurations: none worked. Auto-Tunnel is running and active for untrusted wifi in the general settings. Also in the main tab not paused but resumed. Manually connecting with Auto-Tunnel deactivated works as well as Auto-Tunnel for mobile data.

Smartphone:

• Device: [Pixel 4a 5G]
• Android Version: [Android 14]
• App Version [3.4.2]

To Reproduce I can reproduce it now. It works when in mobile data (flightmode deactivated) with VPN-WiFi connected. But doesn't work when in flightmode and connected to VPN-WIFI. Location doesn't get turned off when going into flight mode. Location is still on.

Expected behavior Also Auto tunnel with VPN-WIFI when in flightmode.
