add geofencing to exclude certain areas from collecting

Provide option to define areas from which cells will be discarded while collecting. Basically this would allow the user to specify an area (by defining center and radius) where he doesn't want the app to scan and pick up cells. Starting the app when leaving home results in lots of readings around.

This is a feature I'd been thinking of suggesting. One can do this ad hoc right now, but an automated version would be handy.

Cellmapper has a similar feature. There are at least two solid reasons for this:

• Lower chance of draining your battery, leaving the thing running
• Reduced server load at MLS processing redundant measurements
• Increased chance people will leave Tower Collector running always.

• Work
• Home
• Friend's House

Whatever
