Recurring tasks
As an admin I want to create tickets automatically on a defined schedule to help my team with recurring tasks.
Use cases
An IT department needs to check if the battery is still working every 2 weeks and want's automatic tickets for that so they can assign the task and track the previous executions for audits.
Acceptance criteria
- Allow weekly, monthly executions. e.g.:
- Every 3th of the month
- Every 2th Monday of the month
- Every 1, 2, 3, 4, ..., 12, months
- Allow creation of tickets
- Evaluate if it makes sense to include templates
- Clarify: what article types are needed
- Optional: Allow hourly executions.

This will be a create feature, because we create tickets manually to remind us all the time
