New release coming soon + Cuda compatibility with TFHE-rs + BFV-like LWE Mult

What is the problem you want to solve and can not with the current version?

There are a couple things I wanted to ask:

1. I have noticed the recent work on WOP-PBS in concrete-cuda and was wondering if a new release of concrete-cuda will happen sometime soon?
2. Are there plans to make concrete-cuda compatible with TFHE-rs or should we continue using concrete-core if we need cuda acceleration?
3. I have been trying to find an implementation of BFV-like LWE multiplication in concrete-core and have not been successful. I was wondering if I am missing something or if it has not been implemented?
