Add support to client streaming and server streaming

The plug-in is excellent, but I believe that adding client and server streaming support would make it complete.

I have a project where I need to use these features, and it's likely that others will need them as well.

I suggest to look at Gatling, or k6 Grafana, for gRPC testing. This plug-in has a lot of issues and the owner doesn't work on this anymore.
