Server is down (503)

Just letting you know the service is down. It seems to happen somewhat often, do you have any clue about the cause yet?

And again. What errors do you get on Heroku, if you still use that? Do you use auto-scaling of instances?

It's getting flooded quite often, I tried to add 4 more dynos, but it still cannot handle all the flood which comes sometimes. Seems some left the module in production and are flooding the server. So the recommendation here would be to use remotedev-server.
