Extension not loading on Examples when added via Chrome store

I'm on Chrome 91.0.4472.77, Redux DevTools 2.17.2, and the dev tools are not loading on examples or on my project.

Let me know if there are additional details or tests you'd like me to run!

UPDATE: The extension works as expected when downloading and loading it unpacked into Chrome
