feature req: option to default to 'state' tab

I may have missed this feature, but it would be great if an option key was added to the options object that allows the tool panel to default to the "State" tab instead of the "Diff" tab. e.g.:

  defaultPanel: 'state'

Accepts one of 'state', 'diff', 'action', 'test'

+1. it is a hassle to constantly have to click back into state and sift through the store on each reload
