Prefix custom metrics

In order to easily understand whether a metric provided was built in or defined by a team as custom metric (see #197) it would be awesome to prefix the custom ones with custom-.

This would break if there are any dashboard's built using the previous metrics. Lets see if we can make it to 4.0 release.
