Need help setting up the standby cluster that can pull backups from S3

I have setup a primary cluster that is able to push WALG backups to S3 and I want to setup a standby cluster that can pull these backups. I haven't found a good documentation source. Could any one pass me the environment configuration for setting up a standby cluster?
