feat: Support shipping csv and log files as part of upload_pg_log_to_s3

Issue: Currently we are able to upload postgresql-X.csv in /home/postgres/pgdata/pgroot/pg_log/ as per the implementation. In our setup with postgres-operator managing database clusters with spilo, we observe missing data in csv whereas we find postgresql-X.log accurate. But there is no out of the box support for shipping postgresql-X.log
