Rebuild for CVE-2024-7348

Hi,

can you rebuild your images for CVE-2024-7348?

There's currently no image containing the patched 14.x version, a rebuild should fix that.

I just updated my instances to Spilo-16:3.3-p2 and the versions are good. In my case 15.8
