Supports backup to NFS drive

  • Where do you run it - cloud or metal? Kubernetes or OpenShift? Bare Metal K8s

  • Are you running Postgres Operator in production? [yes | no] no -- evaluating

  • Type of issue? [Bug report, question, feature request, etc.] feature request

Hi, For the deployment, I would like to have the backup configured for the pg instances. However looking at the backup options only the cloud storage like S3, etc are supported, but not NFS. Understand that wal-g/e does not have support for NFS natively, but it does support backup to file system. Would it be possible to allow additional volume mounts and then specify backup locations to the mounted nfs drive?
